At the heart of my approach is a belief in the importance of (re)connection—whether to oneself, to community, or to cultural roots. I view healing as deeply tied to our broader cultural and relational contexts. Using an eclectic approach, I meet clients where they are, drawing from various modalities to support their unique needs.

I bring a decolonial lens to my work, honoring ancestral traditions and the diverse histories each person carries. I also integrate relational-cultural theory, emphasizing the power of relationships and community in the healing process.

Being bilingual in Spanish and English is central to who I am. It shapes how I connect with others and helps me create an inclusive, culturally grounded space where clients feel seen and understood.

My goal is to offer a warm, supportive environment where people can explore who they are and move toward healing that feels authentic and grounded.

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. My clinical experience includes individual counseling and supporting children, adolescents, and families. At AVANCE in Austin, I worked with immigrant families navigating transitions and early childhood development. In Oaxaca, México, I interned at CANICA, where I deepened my understanding of cultural and family dynamics while providing therapeutic support to children and their caregivers.
