    Immigration Evaluations

At Vitality Life Counseling of San Antonio, our independently licensed clinicians offer comprehensive psychological assessments and reports crucial for determining individuals’ eligibility to stay lawfully in the United States. These assessments delve into the client’s background and address specific immigration-related issues. We may also consult with individuals familiar with the client’s case to gather pertinent information. Our assessments utilize various tools tailored to the assessment process. All evaluation sessions are strictly confidential.

What type of Evaluations are provided?

Vitality Life Counseling of San Antonio can provide:

    1. Extreme Hardship Cases
    2. Spousal Abuse (VAWA) Cases
    3. Political Asylum Cases
    4. U Visa Cases
    5. T Visa Cases
    6. Cancellation of Removal Cases

     Important info:

It’s important to emphasize that while a psychological evaluation can significantly strengthen a client’s case, the therapist or evaluator cannot guarantee the outcome. Nevertheless, these evaluations often play a crucial role in the immigration process.

Reports typically range from 10 to over 20 pages, tailored to address vital questions specific to the client’s case circumstances. The usual timeframe for completing an evaluation and report ranges from 10 to 14 days, depending on urgency.

Expedited services are available at an additional cost. Clients can choose to attend sessions in person at our office or via a HIPAA-compliant video chat platform. Sessions are offered in English and Spanish; clients requiring other languages must provide their interpreter.
